Can You Still Get Out of an Auto Finance Bad Credit Loan?

Are you an auto finance bad credit scorer? And if so, have you availed of a car loan even when you were a car lending high risk and now find yourself unable to pay our car loan? There’s still a chance to get out of this situation. As a last resort, you can file for bankruptcy.

Ok, you knew you were a bad credit scorer and yet you still went on and got a car loan. This is really not a crime. In fact, there are a lot of lenders out there who cater to people with bad credit. Simply put, to get out of debt, you have to go to work to earn money. To go to work, you need to have a car. This is the premise why lenders approve high risk borrowers a loan. And you agree to it even if you are applied interest rates. However, it seems that it is not working for you and you can no longer pay your loan. What do you do? You can apply for bankruptcy.

In applying for bankruptcy, you can apply for a full discharge (Chapter 7) wherein you ask the court to free you of all your debts or file for reorganization bankruptcy (Chapter 11 or 13) wherein you submit a plan to the bankruptcy court how you will repay your car loan and other debts.
